These store terms describe the basic conditions for ordering from Lobos Shop. They are written to be clear and practical for customers.
Products and pricing
- Product listings, availability, and pricing can change over time.
- Prices are shown in SEK unless another currency is clearly stated.
- We do our best to keep product descriptions and stock information accurate, but obvious errors may be corrected.
Orders and payment
- An order is submitted when checkout is completed successfully through Stripe.
- If a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
- Available payment options may include card and other methods offered through Stripe Checkout for your region and order.
Shipping and delivery
- We currently ship within Sweden only during the first launch phase.
- A flat shipping cost is added during checkout.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.
Returns and customer accounts
- Returns are handled according to the process described on the returns page.
- If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- Orders placed while signed in may appear in your account history for easier tracking.
Store content and contact
- Store content, branding, product text, and images remain the property of Lobos Shop unless stated otherwise.
- Questions about an order, policy, or support issue can be sent through the contact page.
- These terms are intended to complement, not reduce, rights granted by applicable consumer law.
