Standard return window
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you want to request a return.
- Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original condition.
- Please include your order details when contacting us so we can handle the request faster.
Return shipping and refunds
- Unless the item is incorrect or damaged, return shipping costs are normally paid by the customer.
- Refunds are sent back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and checked.
- Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.
Damaged or incorrect orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Photos of the item and packaging help us resolve the issue more quickly, but if you do not have them, still get in touch.
- When the problem is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another fair solution.
