Shipping & Delivery
We keep shipping simple during the first launch phase. This page explains where we ship, how shipping is charged, and what to expect after payment.
Shipping coverage
- We currently ship within Sweden only.
- Orders with delivery addresses outside Sweden may be cancelled and refunded before fulfillment.
- All prices and shipping details are shown in SEK unless stated otherwise.
Shipping charges
- A flat shipping charge is added during checkout.
- The final shipping amount is shown before you complete payment in Stripe Checkout.
- If we need to adjust a shipment because of an unusual issue, we will contact you before dispatch.
Processing and delivery
- We aim to pack in-stock orders within a few business days after payment confirmation.
- If an item needs extra preparation or a stock issue appears, we will contact you with an update.
- Delivery time depends on your destination in Sweden and the carrier used for the shipment.
- Tracking details are shared when they are available for the service used.
Address changes and delivery issues
If you notice an address mistake after ordering, please use the contact page as soon as possible. We can only change an address before the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
